How to Care for Your DiaFifth Jewelry

DiaFifth pieces are made in solid gold, gold vermeil and sterling silver to last for years. A little care keeps them looking their best.

Solid gold

Our solid gold jewelry is 10K and 14K gold throughout, so it does not tarnish. You can wear it every day, in the shower and to sleep. Clean it with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft cloth. Store pieces separately so they do not scratch each other.

Gold vermeil

Gold vermeil is a thick layer of real gold over sterling silver. To protect the gold layer, keep it dry, remove it before swimming, showering or exercising, and store it in a soft pouch away from moisture.

Sterling silver

Sterling silver can develop a natural patina over time. Polish it gently with a silver cloth to restore its shine, and store it in an airtight pouch to slow tarnishing.

Gemstones and diamonds

Our lab grown diamonds and gemstones are durable, but avoid harsh chemicals and remove jewelry before cleaning or applying lotions and perfume. Put jewelry on last when getting ready.
