Welcome to DiaFifth. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products

Every DiaFifth piece is made in solid 10K or 14K gold and finished by hand. Because of this, small variations between pieces are natural and are not defects. Product images are as accurate as screens allow; slight color differences may occur.

Orders & payment

All prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency and include the product only; any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

Shipping & returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return Policy.

Intellectual property

All designs, images and content on this site are the property of DiaFifth and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiaFifth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
